And pop another notch onto the charts...
Sep. 10th, 2007 02:18 amMetroid Prime 3: Corruption has been beaten. And at 100% completion, no less.
I have images I can send on my Wii for proof. X3 That, and some pretty ones of Samus taken at some key moments later on in the game. I just find it a bit unfortunate that some didn't come out how I wanted them to. Like...okay, I wanted a picture of Samus at the end, and all I get is her landing gear. I mean, come on! XD
I'll admit though, I'm a little disappointed with the ending, but only because I wanted more resolution. I won't go into details because of spoilers, but with how epic the finale was for the original Prime, it was a bit of a letdown. I wonder if instead I should just be happy the Prime series is over, and Samus can be put into a new series and new ideas somewhere along her timeline? Dunno. I worry for the girl, though. She's been through quite a bit in these adventures.
Anywho! I've OD'd on Metroid this weekend, but I've beaten the game in just under 24 hours, and I'm happy. Some of the boss fights were just downright sex in execution, and I hate that there isn't any more to it. But, I can go back and replay it on veteran or hyper mode now, which should make the game considerably more difficult, and perhaps satisfying.
Other than that, this Coordinator has to go to bed for tomorrow, and get home to cut a yard across the street. Also...I recorded some video that's somewhat WTF inducing. There were these little 'puffs' of what appeared to be something that looked like smoke above the trees down here. Come to find out, they were a swarm of bugs, and I coud only assume they may have been lovebugs based on how we have a literal infestation going on over here as of late. The guys are all over for some reason, and I reeeeeeeally want them to leave us alone. o_o
