Phenom X4? Why not go after the Phenom IIs? You'd be a lot better off, and you'd be saving more money. :) Hell, you may not even need water cooling - I've heard nothing but great things about the Phenom II X4 940, unless you're looking to overclock it to 4 Ghz or higher.
But then, on top of that, there's always the AM3 ones. You could stick them into your existing board and then use that same processor whenever you went to AM3.
